I cannot reproduce it effectively, but I am 100% sure it is a bug.
Possible Relevant Information: Account is below level 30 Restarting the client fixes the queues ALL queues are effected. Even Co-OP v AI which should take 5 seconds to find a match.
By broken, I mean the queues never pop. It just keeps you waiting. Forever.
This has also gave me a queue ban for supposedly "leaving a game" when that never happened ;_;
I'm having this issue as well and getting the "abandoned game" time restriction. Saw an old post recommending starting a custom game and then jumping out, but the custom game wouldn't load once I got past champ selection.
P.S. - I am level 30 and restarting the client did not fix the issue on my end.
Working now. The only thing I did differently was run as admin.
I queued for an ARAM for half an hour... This is NA, at 3:00 CST...
