I want my RP back!

on 7/10/15 i logged into my account it said i had 0 RP, even though i knew i had 150. So i bought an rp card and i had 1380. I bought 2 mystery skins and 1 mystery champ thinking it would return my 150 original rp. But now im sitting at 400 when im supposed to be at 550. Rito fix plz :'(
