Attacks and Abilities showing as 'shadows' (all black)

Tried looking if someone else reported this but couldn't find it. Just played a Team Builder game as Quinn and all abilities and auto attacks were completely black, looked like shadows of the abilities. This happened for ALL champions in the game AND minions (all caster minion fire was black). Valor was completely black even when not being used (start up / respawn). Abilities worked fine during lane but felt glitchy during team fights.

A few notes: I play with color blind on, shadows off, windowed full screen. Not sure if it helps. If it happens again I'll take a screen shot / video and upload.
