How to Report a Bug

When you dash towards Tristana and she blasts you literally across the map with her Buster Shot, this is the place to report it! When there is a problem that occurs within the Client, a patching related issues, or anything that involves gameplay (stuns not working, unintended interactions between abilities, vision issues, etc.) post it here following these guidelines.

How to Submit a Bug

  1. In the title, briefly describe the bug and tag it as either [GAMEPLAY], [CLIENT], or [CRASH]
  2. In the body of the post, include a more in-depth description of the bug you are encountering.
  3. Follow up the description of the bug with numbered step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue.
  4. Include how frequently you can get the issue to occur and any video or screenshots of the bug that might help clarify it.

Why is this helpful to us and good for you?

As a player, I get just as frustrated as anyone else when a bug causes me to lose a teamfight, or even miss a minion kill. Getting this information allows us to more quickly identify why things are broken and will expedite the process so it doesn’t happen anymore. The most useful information you can provide is how you got the bug to happen, and how frequently you can reproduce the issue (or how often it uncontrollably happens to you). Myself and other Rioters will be constantly looking at these boards, communicating about issues you see, and most importantly taking these problems to the correct people so that they can get fixed!

Please do not report a bug in this discussion.

There is a problem where I got demoted and started off with 75 lp, but when I played the next game and won, I ended up with 65. I would appreciate if there was anyway to revert it or prevent it from continuing. Would love feedback.

There seems to be a bug where players apear to be making the same build of gost and heal as there spellssummoner 6 summoner 7 and dorans blade, static shiv, banshees vail and bloodthirst as there items. item 1055 item 3087 item 3102 item 3072

They also seem to be incapable of speech and may not be able to see my messeges.

This may be a bug or it may be somthing else.

Thers at least 1 person with the build every game and they do build the items at different speeds.

[GAMEPLAY] WARWICKS ULT LOCKING HIS Q

i played a game last week as jungle ww everything was fine till i started using my ult, instead of following up with a q with my ult the enemies were able walk away, i would chase trying to q them but everytime i got in range i just stopped there, i would have to resort to AA's to kill the target, and i only seemed able to q again after the person i ulted died.

Im not entirley sure how to reproduce it but for me everytime i ulted i spammed my q and none of the ults that caused the q lock were interupted. I havn't lost a game because of it yet, but it is very aggravating.

It happened almost every ult.

I am constantly having lag spikes all of a sudden, i cant move and the screen freezes. I know I'm not the only person with this issue and I 'm wondering of it is the NA servers right now, because i was fine just last Thursday, it started on Friday. The game is unplayable right now. Plz help

Bug with Varus Q the other day. I was in a game playing as Varus and part way through the game the Q stopped working all together. I could still type Q so Its definitely a bug within the game itself.

Dear Riot ever since the update patch 4.15 where the changed to headbutt removed the auto attack that would land after headbutting a target. There is a weird collision issue where if someone flashes they can change the direction of the headbutt. Such as if i was to headbutt them toward my team, then they flash behind me in mid animation and all of a sudden i headbutt him away from my team. Or Ezreal uses his kit's flash when i am already in the animation to headbutt, this is a very inconvenient mechanic that occurred after 4.15. Please do consider fixing this. Trying to reconnect in game lobby

Recently i have been trying to select champions and have not been connecting properly, so far i have had temporary bans on team builder, and I am afraid of going into ranked as I may lose LP this is a screen shot of me already selecting a champion but its not letting me....please fix

Bug with mac client. Everytime I try to load a game with the new rift I get a bugsplat sometimes I am lucky and get into the game but so far both games I have crashed, might be an issue with jayce causing bugsplats but you didnt do anything to him this patch so I doubt that. This is almost as bad as the bugsplats that happened earlier causing me to go from s3 to s5 and with no compensation for that. Prob cost me gold in season 4 but whatever. these issues need to be fixed. Mac client needs some serious work and its annoying that you guys at riot dont care about us.

edit: just tried it with aatrox in a bot game and crashed before it even loaded. Glad to know riot loves the mac client

2nd edit, just tried it on normal summoners rift and didnt even load a custom bot game.

I have a particular Vi bug which I noticed about 2-3 weeks ago, though I don't know if it's still an issue and I've forgotten a few details on how to trigger it, though I still remember most of how it went - should I report it ASAP, or should I try to reproduce it first in a custom game?

GamePlay Greetings, I was playing Azir last night against an Ahri mid. I noticed that when she was using her Spirit Rush, she was able to squeeze in between my Emperor's Divide. I noticed that Graves, Sejuani, and an opposing Azir can not get past Emperor's Divide. I understand that some champions with invunerable abilities can get through like Malphite, but I just wanted to see if that was a bug or not. Thank you for your time.

Bug: gameplay

SOMETHING IS WRONG!!!!!! I JUST PLAYED 2 GAMES IN A ROW WITH THE SAME PERSON, they all always had ghost and heal and all never even tried, they all had the same match history too. i think its hacked... EVERYGAME! RIOT THIS IS FREAKING SCARY. PLS FIX IT...

[Gameplay] Akali can ult through Azir ultimate.

I ulted an Akali several times today, but she was immediately on me right afterwards through my wall of man. A couple of times the wall was completely across the path, specifically next to the enemy blue buff chokepoint on the way to baron.

I believe it would be simple to recreate, simply cast your ultimate against said akali and have them attempt to ultimate through it, while its still setting itself. Could have been related to her shroud though, not sure.

[GAMEPLAY] Cancelled Movement Commands

I am having an issue (on all champions I play: Irelia, Fiora, Vi, Veigar) where when I click somewhere across the map to move there, my movement will randomly stop along the path. For Instance, if I am by my inhib turret and I right click to move to the enemy base, my champion will randomly stop halfway down the lane, until I give another movement command.

This is really frustrating if I am trying to watch the area or fight that my champ is heading to while I move there, and don't realize that my movement has been cancelled, etc.

Any thoughts/fixes would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

gameplay my last game with fiddle when i attacked buildings i dealt bonus 200-300 magic dmg. i didn't see that effect in any passive i had

i had smite and flas items: protobelt, stalker runic echoes, rylai, rabadon, blasting wand and amplyfiyng tome i'm not sure if that was something with fiddle or runic echoes

Dear Rito,

Was 1-1 in a promotion series and once in champ select my client was blacked out. I tried minimizing and refreshing and ended up doing a full repair to try and save my promos. Didn't work. I could hover over champs and summer spells but I could not select them, see the timer at the top (was always 0), see the chat, see my teammates, or anything else really. Hopefully you see this soon and other people won't experience the same problem. Thanks.

I was Bronze V 100 LP at my promos and I won one game with Vayne lost one with Aatrox and then I won one with Veigar which makes 2 wins! But on the game with Veigar it said I got +18 LP! And now it says I failed my promos. What is this?

[Gameplay] Xerath ult wasted

when playing as xerath sometimes the first blast of the ult will be wasted

to reproduce this activate xeraths ult at anytime and instantly fire a shot from it and no matter where you aim the first shot will always be aimed at where the player is located

this bug can happen every game to me especially if you are pulling your ult out for a quick kill

[CLIENT] The store is not working after the servers went down last night! IT was perfectly fine last night before you guys took the servers down and now today Whenever I click on the store it just shows me black screen I can see the Boarder of the Client and Everything just where the Store would normally be is black . I restarted my PC and LoL. And i have Good internet/PC

Hello, i have this bug, where my ranked game just ended, but i couldn't see any of my stats, so i restarted my client, when i opened it again, i got game crash, and i'm forced to reconnect, for other people i'm still in the game even thought game ended an hour ago, cant do anything, please fix it...

I was recently playing a game as J4. I had ulted several of their team, I believe it was Kat, Ekko, and Jynx right before the 2nd tower in mid lane (they were the top side) Thresh threw his hook and connected with me, and managed to pull me out of my ult. I know he can hook over walls, but isn't able to pull them across them, isn't it the same for J4's ult?

Gragas [Gameplay][ARAM]

I had a bug with Gragas in an ARAM earlier where I cast my Q and suddenly was not able to reactivate it. Through death and reconnect I could never get the option to recast my barrel or recast the Q to detonate any existing barrel (which there never was for the rest of the game). The barrel roll count on the toolbar got up to 5.

I have an annie visual bug ,when annie ults her bear wont go out of her hand it stay there so u have 2 tibber 1 in your hand and 1 on the battlefield (your ult). Can u please fix that. Annie

i've had recent issues with the newest champ, tahm and his ability to devour. Sometimes when i devour a minion with the aim to harass the opponent, i would press w one too many times and the ability would be set on a full cooldown (the part that lets me spit the minion out forcing me to wait for the duration but always spits out the minion after the full limit to hold something in his mouth has been reached). is that normal? also i see that you cannot eat another player after using an ult of his but i think that was intented.

[Gameplay}

Hello, I recently noticed a bug while playing as Nasus. While using my q, if I would click to switch targets, my q animation would reset. However, the new q animation would be in slow-motion and I would not be able to do anything until the animation finished.

  1. Activate your q.
  2. Go to use it on anything and then immediately click on another target before the q animation finishes.

This problem occurred about 5 times during a 20 minute game.

I have discovered a bug with Nasus when he charges up his Q and tries to attack with it. What happens is Nasus does the animation like he is going to Q an enemy but at the last second stops, resets the animation form and proceeds to do it in slowmotion. I have not been able to recreate the bug on purpose but it's happened every Nasus game I've played so far in the past week. I'm sure if you play 1 game with Nasus farming like normal you will be able to see exactly what I'm talking about. It's caused me to miss out on lots of damage, kills & sometimes has caused death.

Me and some friends just one two or 3 games in ranked dynamic queue, none of us received any LP gains for our wins, while the enemy team GAINED LP for losing. ?? Known issue? Is it going to get fixed? Do we get our LP?

[CLIENT]

Since the most recent update, once champ select is done and the final counter reaches 0 and we start to load into the game, my league instantly crashes. I do not even make it to the full screen load up where i get to see my team and the enemy's champions, while loading into the game. It will not let me load into the game at all. I can repeat this every time but after a while im just going to get a low priority queue. should i post pictures or a video of whats going on? Here is a video that I made of the bug.

Gameplay bug

I had a Death Blossom Khazix jg game. I could only have 1 smite in the game. It didn't charge up. After i used the smite, it went down for a 75 seconds CD. Please fix it ASAP. Thanks!

[GAMEPLAY] Not too sure about this bug, but as I was playing xin zhao, I used my ultimate right as i was about to die. Then I noticed that my ultimate was not on cool down and I still had it. It couldn't be that my ult didn't go off because the enemies got knocked back when i used it. Not too sure if this is for all champs that use their ultimate and instantly die and get no cool down, but I know for sure that xin zhao has this bug. I will try my best to reproduce this glitch and film it.XinZhao
