League crashes everytime I tab out

First off: I am not sure if this is a bug with the game or my computer/monitor. And second I know there is a post also mentioning this but its for AMD raedon users which my computer doesn't have. Anyways everytime I tab out of a league game my game bugsplats and I don't know if this is from the game itself or my monitor/computer and if anyone knows a fix please let me know.
