[GAMEPLAY] Jhin q not bouncing

In game recently I have noticed that Jhins q doesn't always bounce up to four targets, at first I thought it could have been out of range but I notice it happens even when minions are right next to each other, this bug occurs fairly often but I don't know how to force it to happen. from what I have seen if it does glitch it always bounces twice, no more no less. If you could look into it that would be great.
