Was not charged IP after Champ purchase [Client]

Although I am completely fine with this kind of bug I figured Riot would want to know.

After I purchased Urgot in the store My IP remained unchanged. I confirmed that I had unlocked the champion in my profile, purchase history, and in champ select. If there are any screen caps that could help let me know. I have tried logging in again and it has been an hour. Normally my ip adjusts instantaneously so this seems abnormal.

Its a bug, you won't be able to spend that IP again, it was adjust itself after a while.

Riot felt bad for taking money for him.

But really it's what craz said, it's just a visual bug. You won't be able to spend that ip. I've had it happen with RP before.

Yea you were right. It just readjusted itself.
