custom game even if you reach the conditions it still wont give u IP

I played 2 games in custom game with friends and both games are pvp, 5v5, more than 7 min, in summoner's rift, draft and blind pick, everyone are lvl 30 which we all reach the conditions and it should give us IP when the game end

but unfortunately I am the only one, who did not receive any IP, in those 2 games

we started the game around on 10/1/2015 pst 3am and end up around 4am

I was using taric with his prettiest skin on ( armor of the fifth age ) on both games

I'm guessing that I was playing too many Hide and seek ( a 5 v 2 custom game mode ) lately almost everyday, so maybe there is something wrong with the (client/server -------- i dont know) that It's pretty sure that I will not play a custom game that reach the conditions to receive IP

I hope that there will be a fix so that i can have those IP ( because I'm saving IP for rune page sale and runes sale )
