azir bug in dominion
azir is able to use w, e, combo to go over the wall ( the wall that restrict champion movement to go pass it before several minutes) before it disappear when the game start.

Riot knows about this. It was in the 4.18 patch notes; it's one of the bugs they couldn't fix by the deadline.
