loot glitched (LOOT)

I have been having major problems with loot glitches.

I don't know what causes it but i know after a update 1 thing wont go to loot. Like as im writing this I leveled up and got a champion capsule, went to loot and it wasn't there, I reported a bug but I know it wont be looked at or they look at it and say "eh he can deal with it".

I know if your reading this your thinking, "oh he can deal with it, what he is gunna miss some BE." but PYKE just got released and I didn't farm so im trying to get it from champion capsels and missions ( im also hoping that i get pyke fragment so i can unlock him for a little cheaper).

plz help me get riotes attention cause if it is happening to me then it must be happening to others.
