[CLIENT] Masteries Swap

Bug Description: I was looking at some players masteries while in queue for Ranked, and when Chamption Select started, I went to select my masteries, and all of them had switched to his masteries. It was very weird. I fixed it by trying to edit them, which reverted it back to my masteries, but it was still a weird and scary bug.
