[GAMEPLAY] Marauder Ashe's R projectile isn't updated.

Playing the Marauder Ashe skin, her ultimate's projectile uses the old VFX/model instead of the updated one the other skins use.

How to reproduce:

1. Play Marauder Ashe
2. Hit level 6 and press the R button
3. Watch that ugly-by-comparison arrow fly
