League crashes then decides to put me in a 20 minute queue. Rito please

[Crash] After playing league for about 7 minutes, my screen freezes and makes a slight buzzing sound. I am very confused and decide to Ctrl+Esc to go back to my desktop. This doesn't work. I spam it a few times and then it finally goes to my desktop. Everything looks normal on my desktop besides the League of Legends logo stuck in the center of my screen. I click on it and it brings up an error msg that says PvP Kernal patcher stopped working or something along those lines. The "You have left a game of progress" button pops up and I press it. Nothing happens, as the button is grey. The whole launcher is now grey and it pops the same screen back up and it says "Your game has crashed" I join the game and it finally lets me play. This whole process took about 10 minutes. After still winning that match, I get placed into 5 matchmaking games of a 20 minute Queue. Please fix this, because it is not fair for me to wait, after League crashes itself. It's not meh fault rito.
