Entire game missing from my friend and I's match history?

Basically, there's an entire urf game just not showing on my match history, i duo'd with a partner and checked his acc and he didnt have it either. not sure if it matters but i played fizz and my partner played zed, and It was a win.

I played a URF game as Caitlyn and it just does not show up. And it's not the first time.
