Bug With Key Fragments

So ever since Hextech Craftings release I have been noticing a bug with the Key Fragments. I have not said anything about this issue until now because I always thought that maybe I was just crazy. But now with conformation from my friends on League I know that sometimes when I have 2 key fragments then when I finish a game and the chat tells me I have gained another one when I check the Hextech Crafting tab it still says I have 2 and if I want to craft a entire key it still says I only have two. I know that I am not crazy this time because I recently got Final Boss Veigar in a chest and want to unlock it fully but I did not have enough essence. So I have been counting how many keys and I had been stuck on 2 keys for quite a while. Then last game I played the orange text told me I had gotten another fragment but when I went to go craft the key it was no longer there. If other people are having this besides the people I have talked too please comment and up-vote this post so it can be resolved. I don't know whether the text never should have told me I had gotten one or that it is just not adding the fragment but I just want it to not happen anymore. And if anyone thinks that I am just saying this if I could get extra key fragments for nothing I am not and I do not expect any refund of any keys that have been lost. Thank you.
