Stuck loading

Accepted the game but the popup never went away. Nothing was changing in the background, but the button was still interactive (though it didn't do anything.)

Just had the same thing happen again.
I had it happen one more time. This time, I let it start because I was confident that I had usable runes/summoners on. This time, I was in the middle of adding a friend as queue popped. Both menus are still open as the game is started
