Control + 6 (Throwing up champ mastery in game)

I'm not sure if you guys are aware or not but after the update players aren't able to throw up their mastery signs. I noticed this during my first game and freaked out, please tell me this is just a bug you guys are working on fixing and not something you removed from the game :'(
