Champion Select Bug

I just experienced this bug in normal draft when I selected the champion Ezreal. As soon as I locked in my champion the champion select screen was distorted. I could not see the circle icon for summoner's 3-5 on my team and the enemy team. I also could not see the champions, summoner spells, runes, masteries, or ward skins tab. This bug occured at ~5:50 est.
