Clicking on the cross to exit 'forge' for lunar revel golden tokens resulted in forging?

I submitted a bug report via client but I'm posting here as well because I'm unsure if I can get my tokens back.

I clicked on Warring Kingdoms Xin because I was curious if it would show me if I own the corresponding skin, it didn't. So I clicked the cross to leave and it instead forged the chroma and it wasted my tokens.

I don't own the skin for this chroma and have no intention of buying it, is there anyway to get my tokens back please?

Note: I clicked on the cross before the graphic for xin zhao showed so not sure if that has any relation?
