Leaver Buster for no reason

Got a message warning me, although all my games recently I haven't dc'ed at all? Im assuming since I was having fun with a silly build that the Laner who blamed me for the loss reported me for leaving, is it seriously the case that you can get Leaver Buster for just reports or is this a bug?
