Ready Check Not Popping

So, I got on this morning to play, and I sat and waited in an ARAM queue for about 10 minutes. I tried to exit queue and queue again and it said I couldn't connect to queue or something like that. So I restarted my client and tried again. Same thing. I restarted my computer thinking it might be a problem on my end and the same thing happened again. And apparently I missed too many ready checks and I got a time penalty. I tried to queue with a friend after that, thinking it might be because I was leader, and I still missed the ready check. And to make matters worse it won't let me leave queue either. It also won't let me change my icon, or anything else. And it also keeps disconnecting me.
