Low Priority Does Not Enter Queue After Wait Time

Riot, In the new client, the low priority queue seems to be broken. I would attempt to find a match as usual, and after clicking on the "Find Match" button after creating the lobby, I am put into a wait time. After this wait time in the old client, I would be in queue, and I expected this to happen in the new client as well. However, it put me back in the home screen, and I would have to try find a match after another ridiculous wait again , only to find out the same thing happened. So, if you want people to keep playing your game, we would need to start a new account, which many of us wouldn't as LoL is not as "Free to Play" as it is made out to be, meaning some players have spent heaps of money on it.

Right now, leaverbuster is the same as getting banned.
