[CLIENT] LOW PRIORITY QUEUE LOOP

So... to leaverbuster punishes leavers by causing them to have to wait before joining a queue, right? So how come after the wait, I do not join the queue and end up in the home screen. This has happened multiple times and it means I am wasting time on nothing - which is worse than wasting time on LoL. Does Riot not want people to play their games? Because right now, leaverbuster is the same thing as a ban.
