Rito, what happened to the other January 28 - March 4 "Fortune" quests?

I finished "Fortune Favors Might" and "Fortune Favors Fortune" quests but none of the other January 28 - March 4 "Fortune favors XXX" quests listed on the Learn more: Lunar Revel 2019 page took their place.

Is this a bug or is the Learn more: Lunar Revel 2019 page just mislabeled and those quests will unlock in stages like the Try Your Luck #2-5 quests?

I have the same issue! I'm new to the game so I wasn't sure if I was just misunderstanding something, so I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.

Ditto, no other quests have appeared for me. I was wondering if I missed something lol. or if they issue a new one each day. Dunno.
