your col new client crashed my game in loading screen and now i cant open league anymore

i am reinstalling right now i went into a ranked and the game gave me a bugsplat so i went to reconnect and then it just crashed and now it doesnt open so i have to reinstall it and i just want to not be punished for trying to play the game
