Consistent 0 fps after game start when alt tabbed during loading screen

Whenever I am alt-tabbed into another app or something similiar during League's loading screens, when the game starts I consistently have 0 fps and the game keeps trying to reconnect me even though I'm completely fine. This doesn't seem to be an issue with my pc's power because the other apps work completely fine but I have to restart my PC for League to function normally because if I just close it and reconnect I still have 0 fps
