Weird Ready Check Glitch

So I queued up for a ranked game and the thing came up to accept ready check and I clicked accept, and then it was on that screen for a while, like 30 seconds and it said I declined ready check. No big deal, normal client bugs, but the weird thing is right after it said I declined ready check it gave me first win of the day even though I haven't even played a game yet today...
