Frame Drops and then Crash

Hello, currently I have a laptop and a desktop and this specific problem happens only in my laptop, I noticed it's kinda random, I start playing ok like for 3/4 hours with medium settings at 60fps stable even with heavy teamfights and then randomly drops to 40 and some spikes to 0 then 60 then 40, at this point im like avoiding teamfights because if I stay too much my fps dies to 0 and the game just stops/crash some times even does a repetitive noise and then I have to force shutdown because it breaks my computer as well, because I cant open task manager to force shutdown league. At this point I turn on my laptop again, open league and it gives me a great "hey u tough u would finish that game? Nah dude download this 2Gb repatch first, have fun" the worst part of this is that With my laptop I only play with 4G data and downloading that is out of question until I get back home to download the patch, and guess what I cant play on the Desktop either because where I live I don't have fiber internet and my ping dies with a heavy download. This specific problem happened after season 9 started. I deleted the game wiped out all folders and reinstalled twice, used the hextech repair tool nothing still happens! No I don't have anything open in the background while doing a game before the game fps goes unstable out of the 4GB RAM I still have 1.6gb free so its not RAM, CPU handles it just fine disk I tested its ok. (I have a Lenovo 320 with 4GB ddr4 RAM I3 7th at 2.3ghz, graphics is a intel hd 520 and a 1TB HDD 7200rpm, I know its not the best graphics but it handles league just fine at medium settings, before season 9, my Desktop has a i5 goes up to 4.2ghz, 4gm ram and a gtx 1050 and a 1tb hdd and I play on max settings at 200fps+ , I played 8 hours straight and nothing happened after the season 9 upadate) Im doing this bug report because I'm frustrated because I couldn't finish my last good starting URF Miss Fortune game as you can see in my match history. I tried everything but reinstalling the OS, but I don't think that's the problem I Play on EUW my nick is "Wolverine The Be"
