Maybe it's my computer, but is anyone else having other icons for champ images on mini-map?

Basically was playing 5v5 norm today and noticed that Jinx had a Flash icon instead of her champ icon on my mini-map. I took a screenshot of it. Thought it was strange and was curious if anyone else is having a similar issue, or if it's my laptop?
