Dynamic queue 5's with all "fill"
If everybody in a 5 man dynamic queue selects fill then the creator of the party always gets top lane. It's happened 20/20...so pretty sure it's not random.

If you dynamic queue as 5 wtf does it matter what role it puts you in? Just decide before you get into the queue since you know everyone you are queueing with.
