Nasus getting 30% cdr from frozen heart

I've been playing a lot of nasus today and in half my games I find I get 30% cdr from FH. It seems to be if you buy glacial first and then upgrade to FH it forgets to take away the 10% and gives you an additional 20%...sometimes it fixes itself the next time I buy an item, some games it never fixed itself.
