[CLIENT] Gingerbread Man Ward Skin 100% bugged, only on one account!?

I have a strange bug but I think I figured it out if Riot wants to look into this.

After download patch 5.15 I logged onto my main account. After getting into ranked champ select I noticed the box to select ward skins had completely disappeared. After that I logged onto a few other of my accounts, all of them had the ward skins box there and available.

Thing is, when I loaded into the game where the ward skin box was gone, I had the gingerbread man ward skin active.

After reading other threads I saw a few people were having trouble with the gingerbread ward skin. So this is my conclusion:

The gingerbread man ward skin is bugged. Unsure if you have to have it active when 5.15 installed, or not. But it seems like if you had it active when you installed 5.15, it completely takes away the ward skin box, making it impossible to select ward skins. I can't tell if the gingerbread ward skin is gone from the other accounts because I can't remember if I had it on them.

I have reinstalled and repaired, no help.

I have no clue if a patch can bug an account but maybe that's an option.

I'll add screenshots in a couple minutes. If this is a known bug I apologize but I couldn't find anything. Thanks!
