Wierd gamebreaking-bug that keeps happening

This is really hard to explain. As i play league, randomly the game crashes in a wierd way. The game still ''runs'' but all the animations and effects are gone. When i use spells nothing happens on my screen, but the effect is still there, and everytime minions or champions die, their models stay in the game standing still. Anyone know why this happens?
