Pathing bug happened during bot game (incudes video.) [GAMEPLAY]

I was doing a bot game deciding to play AD Soraka and when I started to click to move my minimap showed that I was pathing straight to the enemy fountain. at first i ran straight into enemy mid tower and died. My team accused me of intentional feeding. I decided to pull up OBS to record this bug. There i learned that right-clicking the minimap or the ground would continue to make me go straight towards the enemy fountain. I was also unable to Auto-Attack/Basic attack but could use skills and Summoner Spells. I could also stop my movement with the "S" key. Regardless , when trying to move again I kept moving. I then attempted to disconnect and reconnect. Doing so allowed me to regain control. It has not happened again since, but this seems like something that could easily hurt a new player who doesn't know to Cancel movements with "S" and try reconnecting.
