HI. Your game's "bug splat" error is pissing me off.

It's been 4 seasons going on five, and we still don't have this issue resolved? Every time the "firewall may be blocking" message I wanna get a ticket to cali and penetrate all of your firewalls. I'm not normally a ragy person, but this is just getting ridiculous. It crashes games, then I have to restart 40 times to get it to start some mystery patch of god knows what. Whether it's a live update or not, it's something that should be fixed. If it is a live update, at least warn of it maybe? So that people don't start a game up and be forced out of their client and have it glitch in their face 20 times.

I love what you guys do, I really appreciate all the work and the awesome game you've put out. But little things like this just annoy the piss outa your customers, and the argue can be made after a while that you just don't care, when I know you do because of all the reworks, skins, and new champs you pump out. Just prioritize is all I'm saying. I know you have different teams for things, but could you please find the group to devote some man hours to making the game playable 10/10 games? instead of every 1 or 2 out of 10 doing this?

Again, thanks for all you do though. I hope I haven't been too preachy or harsh, but I feel passionately about this game, and I enjoy playing without serious issues like this.
