Spirit Items are still in the Item Builds tab in summoner profile
Lol. You guys missed a spot :PPPPPPPPP I'm sure there may be other things in there too that shouldn't be from last patch. Not sure though, don't quote me.

Items tend to hang around for a patch or so in the actual build in case we need to restore them (so it doesn't mess people's old item sets up).
That window is probably over though, so I'll see about removing them for realsies soon.
