After Getting out of a game crash upon trying to enter Hextech crafting

Also, after I try to re open the game I get the notification that there is an instance of League already open.

I don't think the two bugs are related to each other. However, I sometimes get the same bug with the "another instance" message.

If you just click the "terminate" button (or something like that; I don't know the exact word), wait for the LOL logo to disappear, wait a few seconds, and then try again.

Usually this bug repeats once or twice for me, but I've never had it happen more times than that.

My friend and I had the same problem that also included being put to the home page the first time we tried to join a lobby of any sort.

Can confirm getting out of game doesn't matter the how long ago it was, click on hextech button and boom client crashes, but process remains running so have to kill it before being able to log back in.

I'm having the same issue of clicking on the Hextech crafting window, then my game crashes. However the game is somehow still running in the background... so I have to terminate the old client in order to reopen the League of Legends client.

I think it is just the hextech tab that is bugged. Has happened to me several times. There is indeed a client running in the background, which is quite strange.
