This patch every game I get a bugsplatrc resource dll not found error

I get this error and crash to desktop every game, sometimes it takes 20 minutes, and other times it happens every 5 minutes. Does anyone know how to fix it? I tried to repair my client, it didn't work but I'll try it again and check back. After doing some research it might be the latest graphics card driver I downloaded, going to try updating that too.
