Jinx Ult Bug

I was playing a ranked game as Jinx versus a Sona and Vayne. I ulted the Sona while she was in the corridor above bottom turret, the one right below dragon. Sona was entering the small brush right next to the Krugs camp when the ult should have hit her. However it just stopped. No explosion, no nothing. It didn't go past her either. It just stopped like there was a windwall. The other players in the game saw this as well.
