Unable to ban during champion ban phase in ranked.

I recently tried to do a ranked game. In the pregame lobby I was the second ban on the team. On my turn to ban I attempted to ban Jax, but the game would not allow me to. I could mouse over Jax's portrait, which was in full color, but I could not click on it using my mouse, nor the touchpad on my laptop. It refused to allow me to select Jax. As a result it kicked me from the lobby and I am now at -3 LP.
