Pentakill Mordekaiser FPS drop

Allies Morde had Pentakill skin, whenever he was in frame my FPS dropped from 60 to about 45 (I use a small-ish TV for my Monitor, which limits my FPS to around 60 max). FPS was stable for everyone else in the game, and for other games throughout the evening as well. Just in this game it had a drop.
