[CLIENT] Installation issues

After not being able to log into the game, I decided to uninstall, then re-install the game. However, despite my internet speed, once it comes to 242mb remaining when patching 2/2, the download speed comes to a screeching halt. I can't think of anything that could be causing this.

I've tried this three times in a row with the same result, always at 242 mb around 67%-68%...
