Attack/Move commands not working

For the past week, I would click to move or click to attack a minion and Nothing would happen. I would, for example, click next to bot tower, and while I'm on my way, I would click to mid lane. The game still has me going towards bot tower but would not correct itself given enough time. I get the blue marker of clicking but I would not go there. The white line on the mini map still has me going bot. My frame rate would not drop and my png would not increase so its not lag or a frame rate issue. It has been happening quite a lot (and I've died multiple times while this was happening). Please Help!

It's likely your mouse is worn out

It either sounds like your computer IS getting ping (although you said it isn't) or that your mouse is old or worn down.

That could be the case (and thanks for the quick response!) but I would get the little blue arrows on the map telling me that I clicked. So could could it still be worn down mouse then?

Then it doesn't sound like your mouse, but it does sound A LOT like when you have high ping.

You might be getting ping on your computer from your connection and it's just not showing up on the in game number in the corner.
You might want to try the client repair or just reinstalling the client. It won't mess up anything with your account or presets (since those are kept on your account not client) but will fix any broken files.

If what A Nice Present suggested isn't the case, try resetting your settings to default through "esc" in a custom game; something may have gotten jumbled.

Edit: Did you accidentally unbind your left or right-click?
Something similar happened to me ~3 months ago when I got my new mouse.
