I bought a skin a while ago and it says that I refunded it, even though I didn't refund it

I bought PROJECT: Lucian a while ago and haven't played him recently. I went to play him today and it said that I refunded the skin, even though I didn't refund it (nor did I want to refund the skin). Please help.

UPDATE: I just checked and now it says that I refunded Dragon Blade Riven and now I'm thoroughly confused. I know for a fact that I didn't refund those skins. Please Help!
