So In my last aram game I was thresh against a blitzcrank. I would use Thresh's Q Death Sentence to grab blitzcrank an pull him in. Blitzcrank would in turn use his Q Rocket Grab. Rocket Grab would cancel out Death Sentence. An I would get pulled to blitzcrank instead I think there needs to be some rework there make them cancel each other out. Bur defiantly not give Blitzcrank the upper hand.

I see what you did there...
You can't just ask to nerf anything that beats you... There's no reason why it should be changed since it's a correct outcome given my understanding of the mechanics of these 2 skills.

Blitz's grab is better than Thresh offensively, sorry. Think about it, Blitz can't pull himself toward you, and his grab ends faster (where Thresh lasts a tad longer, but does less damage).
Blitz also doesn't have a lantern like Thresh, so he's got more room in his power budget for a more powerful grab. I'd say their ultimates are nearly equal, with Blitz have a slightly better one, but Thresh's passive is arguably more powerful.
Thresh is a play making support like blitz but he brings a lot of utility while blitz brings a lot of kill pressure and chained cc very early. I mean i see what your talking about but blitz hooks animation is faster and is instant on hit which threshs hook has a slight delay becuase of the hit box. All i can say is dodge the hook. :)
