Azir is the most buggy champ I've ever played

I've been playing Azir a lot lately, trying to get the hang of him. The first times I played him, I noticed lots of glitches with his abilities. I just assumed it was because I didn't know how to play him, and they weren't actually glitches. Then I saw the patch notes that said they fixed a lot of the glitches, so I figured the days of glitchy Azir was over. I was so wrong. When I'm in game as Azir, I can do almost nothing. Everything I try to do is hindered by a bug of some sort. Here is a list I have noticed:

• His ult not going off
• His q not responding at all. In fact, using his q usually cancels all movement abilities and I get stuck
• When using an e-q combo, the e goes off, but not the q
• His w randomly going off without me hitting it
• His q shoots minions farther than indicated
• When minions are right outside of his soldiers attack range, they are un-attackable, because neither azir or his soldiers will auto attack them
• His e not knocking people up when they are clearly hit by it
• Don't even get me started on his turret: turret indicator not going away, turret not attacking the person who is attacking me, turret prioritizing minions attacking me over champions attacking me, turrets doing double damage (this one is good for me, but still a bug), turrets not targetting anything, the list goes on and on

Azir is completely unplayable right now, the only way to do good as him is to hope your teammates do good, and steal kills from them.
