Summoner name reverted

Yesterday I bought a name change and everything showed up fine after refreshing. You know like the typical summoner name change. Today I log in and first of all the client is bugged with the social thing and then my old summoner name is showing up on EVERYTHING. Even in my purchase history I see that the name change was purchased. Really wish things like this wouldn't happen.
