New Champ Select Dodge/Reselect Reveals Team Comp/Champs

with the new champ select I noticed a flaw recently with dodging after pretty much everyone had picked there champs. I would reque and get in champ select with the same people and they hovered the same champs. the enemy team banned some of those champs and picked the same champs the enemy team had picked that had dodged, which means they were that same team.

this is obviously very unfair and should be fixed, and since you get like 3 dodges before you get into a game cause people are retarded and dont know how to lock in this happens way to often. it would be an easy fix just dont put those two teams against each other again.
