I was wondering if riot will ever sell different language voice packs for champs. i think it would be a really cool thing to do and i mean it would be very profitable for them since you cant just do it yourself anymore without getting banned. =/ im actually surprised you cant just buy them from the shop yet, surly theres no like legal reason for it or anything dumb like that stopping them.

You actually still can with the right programs. It's just not the same method.
