In Lobby Grey Out

So I just started a game, got into lobby, picked my champ and changed my summoners. Except after changing my summoners, it still had the blurry effect and I couldn't change anything else! I couldn't click on anything within the client!

Is this a new bug or a repeat of something old?

EDIT: Even the end of game lobby is greyed out. I still can't click on anything!!!

EDIT2: It's happened again!!! D: this isn't a one off bug
